PRODUCT RETURN FORM
Terms and conditions for returning products.
• You can return an item within 14 days of purchase;
• The item cannot be damaged by the Buyer;
• The item should be resalable (not torn, soiled, wrinkled, etc. and with all the original labels). This condition does not apply if the product being returned had defects in the first place. Changes in the appearance or packaging of the item that were necessary in order to examine the product are not considered material defects;
The returns process.
• Fill in a product return form and either place a printed version of the form in the packaging or send it by email to alovsi.pardavimai@gmail.com
• Place the product(s) back in its original packaging and send it to parcel machine:
LP EXPRESS
Naugarduko g. 84, Vilnius (Maxima XX)
- You can send the package through the Lithuanian postal system or by any other method that is convenient to you;
•We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package.
Important information:
We do not offer refunds for shipping or delivery costs associated with product returns.
